EGCO Group แต่งตั้ง “กัมปนาท บำรุงกิจ” เป็นกรรมการและรักษาการกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ มีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 14 มีนาคม 2567 เป็นต้นไป

บริษัท ผลิตไฟฟ้า จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ EGCO Group ประกาศแต่งตั้ง นายกัมปนาท บำรุงกิจ รองกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่สายงานปฏิบัติการ ให้ดำรงตำแหน่งกรรมการ และทำหน้าที่รักษาการ กรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ รวมทั้งเป็นกรรมการในคณะกรรมการชุดย่อย ได้แก่ กรรมการลงทุน กรรมการกำกับความเสี่ยง และกรรมการกำกับดูแลกิจการและความยั่งยืน โดยให้มีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 14 มีนาคม 2567 เป็นต้นไป จนกว่าคณะกรรมการบริษัทจะแต่งตั้งผู้ที่มีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสม เพื่อดำรงตำแหน่งกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่คนใหม่

ทั้งนี้ นายเทพรัตน์ เทพพิทักษ์ ได้ลาออกจากการเป็นกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ และกรรมการกำกับความเสี่ยง ซึ่งจะมีผลในวันที่ 14 มีนาคม 2567 แต่ยังคงดำรงตำแหน่งกรรมการ กรรมการลงทุน และกรรมการกำกับดูแลกิจการและความยั่งยืนของบริษัท

EGCO Group Appoints “Gumpanart Bumroonggit” as Director and Acting President

Electricity Generating Public Company Limited or EGCO Group announced the appointment of Mr. Gumpanart Bumroonggit, currently serving as Senior Executive Vice President – Operation Management, to be a director, acting EGCO Group’s President, and a member of the following sub-committees - Investment Committee, Risk Oversight Committee, and Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee. The appointment will be effective on 14 March 2024. He will be in office until the Board of Directors appoints a new President from the qualified candidates.

Mr. Thepparat Theppitak has resigned from EGCO Group’s Presidency and membership of Risk Oversight Committee, effective 14 March 2024. Nevertheless, he continues to serve as a director and remains a member of the Investment Committee and a Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee.
