ฮาริสัน ทุ่ม 600 ล้านบาท ลุยซื้อเหมา “Park 24 Phrom Phong”ตอกย้ำความสำเร็จหลังดัน Prop2Share เตรียมปิดดีล A Space Mega 1

วันที่ 6 กรกฎาคม 2569 บริษัท ฮาริสัน จำกัด (มหาชน) เดินหน้ารุกตลาดอสังหาริมทรัพย์เต็มกำลัง ประกาศลงทุนครั้งใหญ่ด้วยงบกว่า 600 ล้านบาท เข้าซื้อห้องชุดจำนวน 74 ยูนิต ในโครงการ Park 24 Phrom Phong คอนโดมิเนียมลักชัวรีบนทำเลศักยภาพใจกลางสุขุมวิท เพื่อนำมาบริหารงานขายและสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่ม ตอกย้ำศักยภาพของบริษัทในฐานะผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการบริหารสินทรัพย์ และการขายอสังหาริมทรัพย์ครบวงจร

นายสหัชชัย ขวัญชื้น Senior Vice President – Project Investment บริษัท ฮาริสัน จำกัด (มหาชน)  กล่าวว่า ภายหลังการเปิดตัว Prop2Share แพลตฟอร์มศูนย์รวมสต็อกอสังหาริมทรัพย์ที่ฮาริสันพัฒนาขึ้น ซึ่งได้รับการตอบรับอย่างดีจากผู้พัฒนาโครงการ นายหน้าอิสระ และนักลงทุนทั่วประเทศ พร้อมมีส่วนสำคัญในการผลักดันยอดขายโครงการ A Space Mega 1 จนเตรียมปิดการขายได้ในเร็ว ๆ นี้ ตอกย้ำศักยภาพของบริษัทในการเชื่อมโยงผู้ขาย ตัวแทนขาย และผู้ซื้อไว้ในระบบเดียว และถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งความสำเร็จที่สะท้อนความเชื่อมั่นของทั้งผู้พัฒนาโครงการ นักลงทุน และผู้ซื้อที่มีต่อศักยภาพของทีมงานฮาริสัน โดยในครั้งนี้ทางบริษัทฯ ได้เข้าซื้อห้องชุดแบบยกล็อตในโครงการ Park 24 Phrom Phong มูลค่ากว่า 600 ล้านบาท จำนวน 74 ยูนิต ซึ่งเป็นคอนโดมิเนียม High-rise ตั้งอยู่บนพื้นที่ 12 ไร่ อยู่ห่างจากรถไฟฟ้าสถานีพร้อมพงษ์เพียง 500 เมตร ราคาเริ่มต้นเพียง 4.99 ล้านบาท พร้อมพื้นที่ส่วนกลางที่ครบครัน สามารถตอบโจทย์การอยู่อาศัยของชีวิตคนเมืองได้อย่างลงตัว 

สำหรับห้องชุดที่บริษัทเข้าลงทุนอยู่ภายในอาคาร 5, 6 หรือ E, F ได้รับการออกแบบให้สามารถเปิดรับวิวเมือง 

สวนเบญจกิติ ส่วนทิศตะวันตกจะสามารถเปิดรับวิวทิวทัศน์โค้งแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยา และบางกระเจ้า ทั้งนี้สามารถเข้าออกได้ทั้งฝั่งซอยสุขุมวิท 24 และถนนพระราม 4 และตัวที่ดินยังมีขนาดใหญ่จนทะลุไปถึงซอยสุขุมวิท 22 อีกด้วย โดยมีแนวคิดการออกแบบให้ผู้พักอาศัยได้ใกล้ชิดกับธรรมชาติจากสวนขนาด 10 ไร่ภายในโครงการ แต่ก็ยังสัมผัสได้ถึงความหรูหราของชีวิตใจกลางเมืองหลวงที่รายล้อมด้วยแสงสีของไลฟ์สไตล์อันทันสมัย ซึ่งแลนด์มาร์กสำคัญของย่านคือบริเวณ Em District ซึ่งเป็นที่ตั้งของ Emporium, EmQuartier และ EmSphere ทั้งนี้บริษัทประเมินว่า โครงการดังกล่าวมีศักยภาพสูงในกลุ่ม Expat และนักลงทุนต่างชาติ ซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มลูกค้าหลักของย่านพร้อมพงษ์ โดยเฉพาะตลาดเช่าที่มีความต้องการต่อเนื่อง 

นายสหัชชัย กล่าวว่า ด้วยประสบการณ์กว่า 30 ปี ของฮาริสันในการบริหารงานขายอสังหาริมทรัพย์ บริษัทมีความมั่นใจว่าจะสามารถสร้างยอดขายและผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ พร้อมเดินหน้าขยายพอร์ตการลงทุนในสินทรัพย์คุณภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยนอกจากโครงการ Park 24 Phrom Phong แล้ว บริษัทอยู่ระหว่างเตรียมเปิดแผนการขายโครงการ All Seasons Mansion คอนโดมิเนียมระดับลักชัวรีบนถนนวิทยุ จำนวน 9 ยูนิต มูลค่าประมาณ 300 ล้านบาท ซึ่งจะเข้ามาเสริมความแข็งแกร่งภายใต้การลงทุนและการบริหารของบริษัท ส่งผลให้ปัจจุบันฮาริสันมีสินทรัพย์ในพอร์ตคิดเป็นมูลค่ากว่า 1,200 ล้านบาท ตอกย้ำศักยภาพและวิสัยทัศน์ในการขับเคลื่อนองค์กรสู่การเป็นผู้นำด้าน Real Estate Investment และ Asset Management ด้วยความเชี่ยวชาญในการลงทุน การบริหารสินทรัพย์ และการสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มให้กับอสังหาริมทรัพย์

นายกฤตพง โชคกิจธนโภคิน Marketing Consultant บริษัท ฮาริสัน จำกัด (มหาชน) กล่าวเสริมถึง Prop2Share ว่าไม่ได้เป็นเพียงแพลตฟอร์มรวบรวมสต็อกอสังหาริมทรัพย์ แต่เป็น Ecosystem ที่เชื่อมโยงผู้พัฒนาโครงการ นายหน้าอิสระ และผู้ซื้อไว้ในระบบเดียว เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการซื้อขายอสังหาริมทรัพย์ในยุคดิจิทัล

Bangkok, 6 July 2026 – Harrison Public Company Limited continues to strengthen its presence in the real estate market by announcing a major investment of more than THB 600 million to acquire 74 condominium units at Park 24 Phrom Phong, a luxury condominium project located in the prime Sukhumvit area. The acquisition is aimed at managing the sales of the units and creating added value, reinforcing the Company's expertise as a comprehensive real estate asset management and sales specialist.

Mr. Sahatchai Kwancheun, Senior Vice President – Project Investment of Harrison Public Company Limited, said that following the launch of Prop2Share, the real estate inventory platform developed by Harrison, the platform has received an excellent response from project developers, independent real estate agents, and investors nationwide. It has also played an important role in driving sales at A Space Mega 1, which is expected to achieve a complete sell-out soon. This further demonstrates the Company's capability in connecting property owners, sales agents, and buyers within a single platform, and represents another success reflecting the confidence that project developers, investors, and homebuyers have placed in Harrison's professional team.

On this occasion, the Company has acquired 74 condominium units at Park 24 Phrom Phong in a bulk purchase valued at more than THB 600 million. The project is a high-rise condominium situated on approximately 12 rai of land and is located only 500 metres from BTS Phrom Phong Station. Prices start from THB 4.99 million, and the project offers comprehensive facilities designed to perfectly meet the lifestyle needs of urban residents.

The units acquired by the Company are located in Buildings 5 and 6 (Buildings E and F). They have been designed to offer panoramic city views, with east-facing units overlooking Benjakitti Park, while west-facing units enjoy views of the curve of the Chao Phraya River and Bang Kachao. The project is accessible from both Sukhumvit Soi 24 and Rama IV Road, and the large land plot also extends through to Sukhumvit Soi 22.

The project has been designed under the concept of allowing residents to live close to nature through approximately 10 rai of landscaped gardens within the development, while at the same time enjoying the luxury of city living surrounded by Bangkok's vibrant lifestyle. The project's prime location is further enhanced by its proximity to the Em District, home to Emporium, EmQuartier, and EmSphere, one of Bangkok's premier lifestyle destinations.

This investment will further strengthen the Company's investment and asset management business. As a result, Harrison's current asset portfolio is valued at more than THB 1.2 billion, reaffirming the Company's capability and vision to become a leading Real Estate Investment and Asset Management company through its expertise in investment, asset management, and value creation.
